Super Coffee

This morning I decided to supercharge my coffee. I put warm (not hot) coffee in my big mug (450mls) about halfway. Then I added a scoop of protein powder (High Protein PROMAX, caffe latte flavour), some splenda, a small spoon of Options Caribbean coconut hot choc and some semi skim milk. I stirred vigorously.

It is yummy and packed with protein, a meal in a cup!

Calories: 173
Carbs: 8.2g (5.7g sugars)
Fat: 3.7g
