I discovered John West do seared tuna fillets in marinade which make a tasty, quick supper. Ready cooked, they warm up in the microwave in 30 seconds ! There are 3 different marinades to choose from - I had the sweet thai chilli tonight and have a packet with lime & cracked black pepper in the cupboard. One packet will do me two suppers. Nearly 19g of protein per 100g, 3g carbs and 2.5g fat (0.4g sat).
