TMI-Diarrhea

I am taking D3 20.000 IU x 2 once a week. Since taking these I have developed intermittent diarrhea.

Has anyone else experienced this when taking a high dose of vitamin D?

No , but it could be a cure for constipation???

Oh my goodness........ I'm on 3 tablets a day !!! It's not funny and it's quite often very urgent. I thought it was just me worrying about the op. I didn't think it could be the pills.

I am thankful that I am not alone. Its dreadful isn't it? I have been caught short many times; thankfully I have been at home!!! :sigh::sigh:
