Sorry to post an unrelated thing on here, but having some computer troubles!!

I am designing our wedding invites and have made a schematic map to our wedding venue on paint. I am trying to upload it onto Vistaprint - who we have used for all the rest of our stationary - but it's telling me the resolution isn'y high enough.

Anyone got any bright ideas on how I fix it??

Thanks!

Hiya, I'm not an expert but as far as I know you can't make the resolution higher. Could you maybe download a different map or print off your map separately and put it in with your invites? Sorry I can't help any more than that.

oh dear! thanks for your help. I think I'll try and redo the pic and then shrink it down which should make the resolution higher, unless I've gone bonkers!!!

resolution is dots per inch.

In a program like Photoshop when you create a new project it says "DPI".

The more dots in every inch, the higher the resolution.

Unfortunatly in paint you will not be able to do this.

You need to find a friend how has a good photo editing software like:

Photoshop
Fireworks

It might be worth a visit to a graphics designer who isnt going to break the bank?
