travel insurance

hi all after having had the op on the 29th april, decided whilst off to sort out the travel insurance for our trip to florida in october.
i was shocked to be quoted an extra £304 to cover my pre-existing medical conditions, gastric bypass, dvt (which has gone treated with rat poison for another 5 months), mrsa which has gone and sleep apnea treated with cpap.
any sugestions of travel insurance companies that cover these reasonably
