hi folks .just a quick one, does anyone know if u can eat twiglets post bypass ?am driving myself demented !

I wasn't familiar with Twiglets so I looked it up, for a 25g bag you have 0.5 g sugar (good), 3.1g fat (okay) and 3.2g protein (excellent) so I would think it a yes. You should not dump on that portion (more might have to high fat). I know you are early in your recovery so make sure to chew ALOT and eat very slowly.

Otherwise should be good, it has excellent nutritional value and if it answers a craving then in moderation you go for it!!;)

thanks Hun,you are a total star as ever! Really appreciate it Hun.have you ever thought about writing your own gastric recipie book ? You'd, be amazing !!

Thanks hun. That's such a nice thing to say. :hug99:

I hadn't really given it any thought but many of my ideas, recipes and tips are stolen :eek:from books and lots of websites. So, not sure I could do that! Anyway, they can't stop me from posting here.;)

Enjoy your snack!:eat:

I just bought some at Iceland's from a big display of them on Wed. Are you sure they have stopped making them?:(

:booboo: No not sure  I Googled them & found info on some forum. Sorry - please don't take me off Santas Nice List

Hey, maybe you get & send some to weight loss hopeful?!

I love those tangy twiglets but cant find them anywhere now. Any ideas? R x
