I all
Can't sleep!
How much weight did most of you lose on the first couple of weeks and do you get down about not eating proper food ?

Weightloss is such an individual thing....some peeps put on due to fluid retention....
Bypass = for me no appetite whatsoever...I've even had to set phone alerts to remind me to eat ;)

Day 5
Horrific headache kept me up most of the night and now the runs so much for getting the wind out! Must be careful !! ?

Poor you . Like you say you've got rid of wind . I know it's not pleasant having the runs but you've got rid of a lot of water that way. Try and drink more to get rid of headache could also be because you hadn't opened your bowl properly I had the runs soon after . You will feel better for going as all that trapped wind will of been released . X

I found it so hard to drink so much I still do ! It still feels to you what have I done . You have done the right thing you'll be healthy and slimmer and you'll feel so much better . I felt awful for about 1 and half weeks but everyone is different . Keep going and keep your chin up . ? x

Really well I had about a third of a coffee cup?
Tell you what though I'm actually hungry now !!! X

I struggled for a few months and was off food I still struggle to keep some food items down after 5 months! one day I can have an item and it is okay another day the same item will not stay and up it pops, I forget to eat sometimes then I struggle, we are all different and overall everything is good, I am also very lucky I have never dumped and I feel amazing, I lose approx. on average 2 1/2 pounds a week sometimes nothing for three weeks then suddenly 6 or 7, drinking fluid is important and as a bypasser taking vitamins and calcium. hope you are feeling better soon.
