Hi, LyndaJoan if it's the same as mine they give you a small gadget to wear on your wrist with a little clamp that goes on your finger (like they put on in hospital) and it will measure the oxygen levels in your blood as you sleep. In my case I took it back the following day and they can download the results from it so they can analyse them.

hi lynda. my sleep test consisted in me going to hossie, had wire attached to my finger, also had some strap things round my waist and chest then at bedtime i attached the little tube running upto my nose. wat a sexy sight i was lol. next day went back with it and got results the following day no problems found , hope u get sorted soon x
