chicken salad for me tonight. Gonna make a big fat fruit salad too and munch on that a little later.

chicken, swede, carrot n mash done in the slow cooker yumm followed approx 2 hours later by a serving of s/f angel delight (strawberry) mmmmmm!

chicken breast tossed in cummin, corriander & paprika with a couple of green chillis chuck in. Cooked in the actifry with a small sweet potatoe. lovely
