2 Ingredient Biscuits

Found this recipe yesterday. I wanted to use up some overripe bananas, so searched the net. Thought I would share, as they have no added sugar or flour.
Basically you mash up bananas with porridge oats. The amounts given were 2 bananas and 1 cup of oats which is about 75g. If you like you can add dried fruit and/or nuts. I had 3 bananas so I added about 100g oats and seemed fine. I sprayed a baking sheet with fry light and cooked for 20 minutes. Everyone liked them, so I am going to replace my belvita breakfast biscuits with these as they are much healthier!

Sounds good, shame I'm allergic to 'narnas lol

I forgot to say Butterfly, it said you could make them with pumpkin or mushed up fresh or tinned peaches too!!! Oh and I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to mine!

That sounds lovely! Thanks for sharing xx

these sound fab - we used to make banana pancakes with just 1 banana and 1 egg really whisked together and fired in fry spray - lovely hot (not so nice cold) some people served with berries and yoghurt. Nice and filling too.

I make a version of these regularly ... 3 mashed bananas or half a can of no-sugar tinned peaches or apricots blitzed in the blender, small can of apple baby food or approx third of a cup of puréed apple, 2 cups rolled oats (just the cheap ones, not quick cook), teaspoon each of vanilla and either cinnamon or ginger, then chuck in about a cup of mixed bits, whatever you fancy: chopped dates and walnuts, raisins, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, sugar-free choc chips, any sort of dried fruit or nubpts that you like, fresh raspberries ... Experiment until you find your favourites.

Cook at 180 deg for 15 to 20 mins.

Nice cold as a slice, but it's also nice hot with a dollop of sugar-free protein ice cream (you'll find the recipe for that on the Eggface website)
