4 weeks into pre op diet

4 weeks in and 20lbs lost! Havent really felt hungry or had cravings for anything "bad". Long may it continue. 7 weeks till i leave for op - Bring it on! lol

What pre op diet are you doing? Milk or less cal

started this diet on July 24th, really just cutting back. Proper pre op starts on Sept 25th and its a low calorie (under 1000cals).
