Newbie pre-op in Akron

Hello! I just wanted to introduce myself. I am going through the pre-op process and am anticipating surgery in April.. I would probably have my surgery scheduled already but I got cold feet a few months ago and cancelled all my appointments until I could research it more and wrap my head around the process. It was all going way too fast for me. Now I feel like it is taking forever. Lol. I will be having gastric bypass done. I want to get off all my meds for blood pressure. I have a very supportive husband, but I am hoping that through this process he will eventually want to have it done also.
