Could you guys let me know what you take, on a daily basis regarding all prescribed & none prescribed medication also any additional supplements and what times please?.

Bypass meds -

On waking - lanzaprazole
Lunch - 2 calcichew (calcium)
Afternoon - ferrous fumerate SF syrup (iron)
Evening - forceval Multi vit/mineral

Every 3 months B12 injection.

All prescribed.
