some people also follow a 30/30/20, you take a small amount of food, chew for 20 or 30 seconds then wait before the next mouthful either the 20 or 30, you only eat for 20 mins.
The reason is cos it takes 20 mins for the brain to register the stomach and body is no longer hungry, this way you do not eat until you are full, just until you are no longer hungry, it also helps to limit portion sizes that you physically eat
Thanks girls...ill try that but at the moment I'm on pureed teaspoon. Can manage a couple in total st every eating opportunity..do ill wait till I'm.on.the chewing stagex
