it depends on your eating habbits the band will give restriction on portion control, if your a sweet eater, chocs, cakes and nibble through out the day then a bypass would be better x

i think thats a great place to start and then you can actually see what real interest there is from people as people vote with there feet as if they turn up or not as its all good and well people saying they would attend on a screen but the proofs in the pudding when the real time comes, good...
