Some things, like pms, looking at people profiles etc comes when you have posted at least 50 posts. As for seeing posts, do you mean all posts, or just certain posts? I see that you have replied to people before and after this message, so assume you can see their posts now?

I don't think you can. However, you can find everyone's thanked posts via the search button on the green bar above and you could scroll down until you find one you've been thanked for :) To see who has thanked find a post which has a thanks on it The Following User Says Thank You to...

I must say, I do agree. It's where a lot of people go 'wrong' when they restrict calories below a certain level. Of course, how much protein a person needs will depend on their size, how lean they are, how much exercise they do etc, and I have no idea what sort of calorie levels people are on...

I definitely go by how I feel, rather than how I look (not saying I look a wreck or anything :D) I just love being able to move around easily, get through small spaces (love that :D), cross my legs on the sofa etc. These are the things that are important to me, even more than long term health...

It does indeed :D I use it more than the search facility on here. I need to see what people say about me behind my back, and I can't search KD on here. Not enough letters :D Definitely easier to go through google for short letters or phrase searching :)

When this happens with me, I put it into google with the word minimins, and hey presto, find what I want. Five bean Chilli minimins comes up with two results on google :clap:
