1.5 stone loss

As some of you are aware, I am almost three years post op now, and signed up to Slimming a World at the beginning of this year.

I am pleased I hit the 1.5 stone loss tonight, so including the weight I lost with weight loss surgery, I am almost 13.5 lighter.

Couldn't be happier

Glad to report the weight is still coming off at a steady rate of about two pounds a week now.

Total lost 24 lb since 1st Jan
