Just quick message to say hello to everyone.

I am now over three years post bypass and loving life to the full.

My marriage has ended due to my weight loss, but I have started seeing a lovely lady who runs a local slimming world group so she keeps me on my toes.

In total I have lost 15.5 stone now.
