1 week post op weight loss

So I weighed myself this morning, one week after getting my band and I have lost 11.8lb!!!

This totals 16.2lb since pre op diet!!!

The pain is sooooo worth it!!!

Thank you so much everyone! I was pretty shocked to discover such a huge loss, I was expecting less! I am aware that I may maintain or even gain in the coming weeks as I gradually return to "normal" foods but what a boost to help me along the way!!
