Today is 1 year since I had the Gastric Bypass Op and I can honestly say its the best decision I ever made , don't get me wrong it's been hard at times especially in the beginning but I defiantly wouldn't change it for the world now , and having so much more energy is fantastic

I've gone from a size 28/30 to a size 18/20 and am now 14st 10lb from 23st 5lb a grand total of 8st 7lb so far , I still have a way to go but I couldn't be happier and with a BMI of 34.5 from 55 I'd say I'm heading in the right direction
