18 Weeks Post Op

Well here I am at 18 weeks post op!!

Where does the time go?

Weighed myself this morning and am now 18st 7lbs

Grand total lost since starting my journey = 6st 5lbs = 75lbs

I'm only 5 days after my op. and this gives me hope. I'm afraid to say I'm still at the unbelieving that it can work stage xxx
