12 weeks and in the 18's now x

Well now 12 weeks post surgery and went to boots this evening and have lost 5lb this week so including 10pm loss on pre-op diet total weight loss to date is 6st 2lbs!
So here is to losing!!

Was just over 24 stone when started!!

Now 18stone 12lbsx

Can't remember the last time I was this weight x

I feel more full of life now not out of breath so much,
Lost another 2lb this week when weighed myself monday, so 6 st 4lb total loss to date hoping to lose at least another 7lb by christmas so positive thoughts.

Well just an update

Last week I lost 2lb

Weighed myself today have lost 5lb!

So now 18st 7lb

Total loss of 6st 8lb x

Brought a lbd today in a 22 so happy about that a little tight but I just think will be in comfortably next month xx
