Im on the last stretch of pre op and iv only lost 4.5lb so im a bit disappointed as have not cheated once and its been hard,i know its to shrink my liver but still a bit dis appointing..I have my op on tues tea time and know that iv done all i can as gave up smoking weeks ago as well .... xx

any loss pre op is a bonus, your liver will be lovely for the surgeon. Hope everything goes well for you xx

I too only lost about 4lb on my pre-op. as all my good friends on here told me, it doesn't matter, it's about shrinking your liver not what weight you loose. So don't worry. It will be fine hunni.

lol hoping it goes quick my best friend and baby god daughters are over later today so that shud go quick and tomorro basically organising and hosp in afternoon for an injection they want me to have 24hrs b4 op xx
