I am having my surgery on the same day as you! Having a sleeve at Sunderland. I am due to start my LRD on the 17th. How about you?

I got my letter today, have pre op on the 20th which has re focussed me as I want to lose weight before I go there, so I am going to start LRD next weekend. To be honest I am more calm now than I have been. Since I got my date, I can plan my diary, sort out work and feel so much better. I can't help feeling though that I will be the one person that this doesn't work for! Stupid eh? Are you prepared? It's lovely to have someone on the same time frames as me! It will be here before we know it. I have made sure that I have a full work diary for the next 3 weeks just to keep me focussed.

It will work for you, have you looked threw all this site, I have and I'm amazed by the amount of weight people have lost.
I,m happy to that there is someone with same time frame as me, we might feel some thoughts n it might make us feel normal or no whatever the case may be! :8855: .
I have my bag packed already it's 23 days till lift off. Do you do any excessive @ the moment?

I cannot research any more than I have, I have read the good, the bad and the ugly ha ha! I can't believe you have your bag packed already, how organised. I am off out for a meal tonight and feel like really pushing the boat out but know I will then regret it. Are you nervous? x

I had a lovely meal thank you. I have been shopping and stocked up ready to start my LRD tomorrow. I figure other hospitals recommend for 3 weeks so I am going for it. If not I know I will put more weight on. So here I go...........

Hi great u enjoyed ur meal.
You know what I'm doing LRD for 3 weeks too I feel so c**p @ min thought I start earlier did not know some hospitals did 3 weeks though. I actually love the liquid diet it's brainless that's why. 3 Days till pre-op check I hope everything ok don't know what I will do if it's not!

have you started it today then? So far so good, I have a headache but I expected that. Just sitting with my glass of milk again. How have you found it?

Hi ya, slopping like a water barrel drank water so much today. But no headache, but was aching all over when I got up this morning so that's why I decided to start being good this week. I've been reading threw a bariatric site tonight as if this will keep my mind of it not likely, but I found it really interesting.
