3 stone gone forever!

Today i am 5 weeks and 6 days post-op, and including my 1 week pre-op diet I have lost a total of 3 stone!!!!!

I was 23 stone 13lbs and now i am 20 stone 13lbs as of this morning.

For the past 3 weeks I have lost a consistent 4 lbs a week, so hopefully that keeps up.

Thanks guys! i also noticed on my stats that I have lost 25% of my excess weight, meaning I am 25% of the way there. That is really encouraging - especially to say that I've set my goal pretty low at 154lbs. I've also lost 10% of my overall body weight.

I'm hoping for 2 lbs weight loss per week. Had my sleeve 2 weeks ago so so far all I've lost is water but here is hoping ;-)

Congrats!! It's a great feeling isn't it. I just realised last night that after losing 4 1/2 stone that I too am 25% down ... Brother in law commented that he could get his hands round me now lolol
