Fab as 3 stone gone in total now - almost 2 from op 4 weeks ago. A few more pound and I will have gone from 22 st 21 st 20 st 19 st into 18 st bracket that's 5 different stone weights amazing and its so noticeable it's brill. So pleased I went for it
