Well I'm only down 2lbs this week... I was on a 8 day standstill so I'm just glad I lost anything.... my total weight loss is 30lbs since my pre op... 17lbs since my surgery 3 weeks ago

Well done, It's better to come off slower as your skin might shrink with you, that's what I'm hoping anyway, I had lost 18lb since my op at 4 weeks, Karen x

Thanks Karen that is what I am hoping too.. my massuse told me to get a dry brush and brush my skin everyday to keep it elastic... I'm going to try that as well
