Week 3 weigh in

I didnt get a week 2 so here is week 3 lol

I have now lost a total of 30lbs since starting the preop diet. Im so happy, Im amazed, this is the most I have ever managed to loose!

It is fabulous, I was scared it would fail to work, but seems like it is so far!
