Hi all well i nearly forgot it was my 3 yr surgiversary on Thursday
Have not lost as much as i hoped but still not done too bad 6st in total :).
Haven't had any problems since my op and surgeon is happy with everything so he has discharged me, if i get any problems GP will refer me back.
I guess the hard work begins now in that it is up to me now to lose the rest of excess weight i want to lose, which is going to be hard for me as i lack discipline hence why i had the bypass in the first place. Also suffering depression doesn't help because i tend to comfort eat when i feel low, wish i had a personal trainer/cook/counsellor lol hopefully i'll get to my goal weight sooner rather than later, but i defo don't want to regain what i have lost

Hi Shaz - Congratulations on reaching your 3rd Anniversary this week!

You have lost an incredible amount of weight and should be proud of yourself.......and if you do it by going by the scenic route well good on you.

Nice to say Bye Bye to the lbs at last! Good Luck with your journey to goal......do it in your own time and enjoy your route!

Take care hun x

Love Kat x

thanks hun :)
