4 Weeks Post Op - 3 week weight Stall

Hi all! I'm 4 weeks post op today and the first week after surgery I lost like 9 lbs then it stopped and for two weeks I've lost nothing - even went up - last week I lost 1lb and its stopped again now. I've got my 6 week post op check up on the 25th and I'm already dreading it! ?

The stall hits most of us at some point..I had one, but don't worry, you have such a dramatic loss at first then the body hits the brakes but it starts again.

Yip. Karina is right ..... But. During this stall your body will still shrink! Keep trying on clothes and feel them
Getting bigger. That will keep you motivated xxx
