5 day pouch test

Hi all,
Thinking of trying this, not because my weight loss has stopped or that I can't feel any restriction because I certainly can, but to stop the silly carb snacking habits I have fallen into....the odd bit of toast here and there that then prevents me from eating my healthy dinner, crisps and a few biscuits and the odd sweet here and there.
My question is, when it says 'cream soups' for the first 2 days can it be canned soup like cream of chicken or does it have to be homemade?

Use the WW ones Leanne they are low calorie and I especially like the tomato one. Not sure if there are any restrictions on the soup but on the website they give loads of soup recipes so I suspect they may mean himemade. I used some of the slimming cuppasoups when i did it too.

I am looking into it seriously but trying for now to just get back into the whole 'healthy eating, protein first' thing.
I do eat mainly healthy meals but working shifts has really thrown me as there is rarely a chance to eat on shift so when I come home I tend to grab a packet of crisps or a slice of toast and then can't or don't want to eat any dinner.
Today though I have been to the shop and bought some little snack packs of ham and turkey and some snack size cheeses and small yogurts so that when I get a minute at work i can grab those and hopefully avoid crisps and biscuits.
Weight is still coming off nicely but just don't want to slip into bad habits that made me so fat in the first place.
If I do decide to go the whole hog and do the 5 day pouch test I will let you know how it goes...cheers x x
