6 week follow up appointment...

Hi all,

Had my 6 week follow up appointment yesterday and was over the moon to be told I have lost a total of 3 stone!
Everything is going really well and I am so happy that the weight is shifting so quickly, although I know it will probably slow down now.

Wow, that is brilliant, well done. You had your op 5 days before me, and I haven't lost that much, so well done you. Does that include pre op diet? xxxxx

Thanks guys, yes that includes the pre-op but I only had to do that for 1 week anyway....cant beleive I have lost 3 stone already its so mad! x
