B - 90g vanilla yogurt, 35g granola, 40g frozen berries
L- 1/4 chicken, salad, small piece of ginger cake
D - crayfish fish cake and sweetcorn
S - mini hollow choc egg, mini smarties egg (Easter left overs!)
I'm feeling so much more confident now with eating. I think at first I was scared. I'm out all day Thursday for my first day of meetings since the op, so that will be my next challenge to see how I cope. Also next week I have a lunch meeting, but I'm sure I'll find something on the menu. It's almost like I've got to integrate myself back into society! x
wow 8 stone off - well done! Sometimes I still feel like that's impossible, I think with the weight loss happening quickly so far, my head hasn't had time to catch up, so although I know it's possible it seems alot further off than it really is (4 stone 4lb to go) ..... did you ever feel like that?
