Hi all I had a gastric bypass in mid January. But I have concerns as I have no restrictions what so ever. I can eat what I want and possibly the amounts that I want.
I don't get dumping syndrome either.
I am purposefully eating less and the thought even occurred that maybe I am not eating enough for the restrictions to rake place???
So today, I got a chicken tortilla wrap with salad and ate that. I had planned to continue eating until I felt restrictions. But I stopped three quarters of the way though as I felt satisfied.
Here's what I am generally eating, can anyone advice on if I am eating right and should I be concerned about the lack of restrictions. Also 30 mins later I managed to gulp down half a litre of water with no problems what so ever.

Breakfast: 1 weetabix with half tea soon of sugar and a dash of milk
Lunch: small salad 2 ryvitas and 2 low fat laughing cow triangles
Dinner: small salad with chicken or fish.

Please advice
