Thanks hon! I got stuck 2 months ago so joined slimming world (I told them about the bypass) and it helped me shift another stone xx

I'm 31.2 BMI need to be 30 and under to not be obese, but yes I agree its madness I have 36J knockers lol surely they count for a few extra lbs

Ugh! I think the NHS should burn the damn BMI calculator!!!!!

I could be 5 ft 3in of rippling muscles and still be classed as morbidly obese. Lordy!!

I am glad you are doing well my lovely and have found a way of eating that helps you chug along nicely. I think once I am better I may do the same. xx
