8months post op update

Went to see my surgeon today for check up,I was greeted with congratulations,u r a success and should be proud of ur self,I have lost 80% of my excess body weight and now weigh 12 st and my bmi is 28,I only have 1st 6lb to get to my ideal weight,I can't stop smiling,but the biggest bonus is I am healthy now and my kids are so proud of me.i have no regrets,only wish I had it done years ago,still they say life begins at 40 and it really has.
