Thanks! And yes. It's just been since my op! Which is awesome cus I have really been bummed out with just drinking liquids. Then I weigh myself and everything is better
Being on just liquids is getting tough. Especially when my family is eating yummy food in front of me lol. All I drink is 2 protein shakes to give me 60g of protein, coffee, water and sugar free jello. Maybe some broth here and there. I start soft foods on mon. And I am so excited!
