Not been given the pre op diet yet but Pinky kindly forwarded me the one she's been given clear soups, mullerlites, skimmed milk etc. Am waiting to hear back from co ordinator to give me my pre admission date I expect they will tell me then officially.

Also gonna go buy some balloons to try exercise my lungs...boy that will make me dizzy.
