Air bubbles

Hey gang, I'm on Day 4 post opp & everything went great. The problem I'm having are the air bubbles. You know how they blow air in your stomache to make surgery easier? Well it feel likes forever getting the air out. I walk, hold my arms over my head & anything else I can think to burp. Any suggestions?

Just deep breaths and keep walking around won't come out till its ready i know its painful just accept wot they offer you peppermint caps or anythign else they offer. Xx well done xx

Do windmills with your arms and move as much as poss,horrible but will go.
