Any idea of how long it takes to hear from the endoscopy unit at Sunderland

I have been referred for endoscopy and balloon - was told by the nurse that it would be around three months, but I wondered when I would hear from the endoscopy unit/team at Sunderland -how much notice do they give you?

I had my consultant appointment July 6th and endoscopy September 27th. I had about 3 weeks from getting the letter to appointment.

I rang the endoscopy unit directly to check how long and what number i was on the list.

Give them a ring and see what happens. x

I just received my appointment for an endoscopy today. The appointment is for next Tuesday so only 5 days notice but is only 6 weeks since I met with the surgeon. Hope your appointment arrives soon x

i saw the Consultant on 29th June and had endoscopy on 2nd September so waited about 9 weeks hun x
