band to bypass at sunderland royal

hi anyone from sunderland royal having trouble with losing weight after over 3 years and now put weight back on. at a meeting with dietician in September 2013 she asked if I would like a conversion to bypass and I said yes. had an appointment yesterday with my jenneh who advised that there are several hoops I need to go through before they will consider the revision surgery including a barium drink and x-ray which I am waiting for. can anyone tell me the timelines for revisional surgery from going to sunderland royal and discussing the revisional surgery to the actual surgery date and how it has all been. it took me 18 months from going to my gp to my band surgery at sunderland so concerned it will take this long again.
