1 tsp of mayo
2 artichoke hearts
5 black olives
2tsp of lemon
Serve in whole wheat pita
Yummy & healthy.

Oh god, I LOVE artichoke hearts! And Olives (in fat, I have both in the fridge atm!)

Sounds a lovely dipping recipe, will try that with soem carrots/cucumber etc. Thanks!
