Back but no op ...........yet

12 months since my referral and 7 months since my pre-op. I've been up and down and everything in between. I've lost a little weight, put the weight back on and some. I've built up my hopes and see them fall . Dreamed of the day I'd get my life back........ Still no op

Now a letter from the hospital, an appointment for a second pre-op....... and it starts all over again.

That's awful I know how you feel, I was referred Feb 2012 had my sleep apnea test in August then nothing I called them in Feb 2013 to be told they'd "lost" me, I had my bypass in October 2013, so 18 months in total, I did manage to lose 6 stone in that time though so it wasn't all wasted time.

Good luck perhaps this time call them every week for an "update" see if that speeds them up x
