Hello All,
Im now back from sunny Tenerife, had a great time, and was good with my food and drink intake for the last too weeks.
To my suprise the hotel did loads of salad and fresh fish and grilled chicken for the main meals, and a great fresh fruit bar.
And the biggest suprise for me was when I got on the aircraft to come back I didnt need an extenstion belt, so was it the belt was longer or had I lost weight whilst being on holiday.
Well when I got on the scales today, I have lost a further 3kg to what I weighed before I went.
So hope you all have been good, and I will now be moving forward with the Peterborough Support Group, so if your local, post or pre op, please get in touch so we can get the group moving forward.
