I am nearly @ the stage of returning to work:sigh:Looking for idea's for a packed lunch,I do not have access to a microwave & have 30 mins for lunch,Used to take sandwiches & fruit, crisps, ect.
I was looking @ pitta pockets, tortilla wraps, sourdough bread as an option, could I please pick the brains of those experienced in this area,I also get 10 mins @ 10 oclock in the morning so have time for either a drink or a snack, any advise greatly appreciated thank you;)

I roast veg on Sunday and have leftover chicken from a roast or just put some chicken fillets on to oven bake. The whole lot lasts me a week, super healthy can be eaten hot or cold and can be varied with a dip or some cheese etc

I find Baby Bel a handy addition to a lunchbox.

Warburtons thins are good to make sandwiches with too. I also eat a lot of salads and leftovers from the night before for my lunch too :)

I've been back 2 weeks and have taken warburtons thins for lunch (1) with chicken and salad, or left over chicken pasta from the night before.
Snacks are dole fruit pots in juice, bananas, yoghurt. My problem is fluid as I work in a lab and can't have water while i'm working

I make salads to take in. I add chicken or tuna or cheese for protein. Beetroot, mixed seeds, lettuce, cucumber, radishes and balsamic vinegar.
Wraps are good too with houmous and grated carrot. :)
Babybels and Dairylea triangles are great for snacks.
