thanks for all your hellos when i posted my question about funding nhs taunton,its nice just to have a hello,and read about people that feel like i do,just had all bloods done and had referral sent off no idea what happens now!!!! just wait and see...................................

update on my journey had appt with weight management clinic,been told to lose 2stone if poss by april 8th next appt,unsure whats happening really bit of a whirlwind type feeling for me any one else attended weight management at taunton?????

Hiya Sarina, I ended up going private at Taunton, I'm sorry that I can't help you properly but I had my op done by Mr Welbourne who I know does many of the NHS surgeries in Taunton as well.
I hope all goes well and I'm sure you're be able to lose that 2 stone no worries. Just keep posting here as it is brilliant support and will help you keep on track.

Hi, im under Taunton. I have been under them 18mths now as they expect you to lose 10% of your body weight before surgery, which i have found very hard - Good Luck with your journey, may see you there some day x
