Flybe fly from Southend to Antwerp. Personally I'm taking the Eurostar this time!

My surgery is with Dr Dillemans in Brugge in December.

Mine was BMI regional from East Midlands to Brussels international Qweni!..... Not long now for you Hun... Where in the UK are you travelling from?

I just realised you're in Scotland.

Ryanair do a route from Edinburgh to Charleroi for £15+ each way.
Flybe go to Antwerp from Edinburgh but the price is higher - £80+ each way
Aer Lingus and BA fly indirectly to Brussels for a premium - £140+ each way

Charleroi does serve Brussels so it's the obvious affordable choice.

BTW I'm not a lady (at least since undergrad rag week) but hope I can help!
