hi iv lost my leaflet for the blood tests i need to get taken at the doctors is it just fasting bloods? iv made my appointment its next wednesday so everything starts now iv also decided to start to shift a little of my weight now just going to cut bk on hat i eat x

hya kellie i was at the seminar on the 7th at srh too,im going for my bloods done this week and have my appiontment date to see the dieticien and surgeon on the 20th april,im soo excited although a little scared at the same time,just wanted to say hi xx

Hi Anita I carnt wait are you from Sunderland and are you going to group meetings as I was thinking about going but the seminar did drag a little I enjoyed though think il sit at the front next time as I couldn't hear proper at the back have you started to diet yet good luck x
