Thank you all, it's just dropping off me at the min but am loving walking n I use my hand held weights in the morning n at night before bed n that seems to be working xx

we got a bike/cross trainer yesterday so hopefully when I am able to use it safely the weight will be dropping off here too. Planning on going swimming in a nother week or so, but only gentle to begin with, don't want to do any damage.
