Talk about embarrassed. Thanks, you mad lot!

It's actually been very helpful to me to write it. My OH read it last night (printed off at 12pt Verdana it covers 25 pages) and he said 'it's not a blog, it's an autobiography'. I offered to pull it buthe offered me violence.

I wish I had started it sooner TBH, because it has really helped me walk through what's going on in my head at a more sedate pace. I hope to continue and use it as a tool to help me with those days when I will wobble with ye olde foode demons.

I am glad it is helping people. It's not an easy path fellow WLS peeps, but by 'eck, it's character building!

You're all bonkers and thanks for that. It keeps us, um, sane!
